The most reliable way to size your finger is by making an appointment to visit the studio, or by visiting your local jewellers.

Make sure you aren't sizing your finger immediately after exercising or with hot or cold hands. Fingers can fluctuate in size depending on the season and water retention, for example, pregnancy. Weight loss can also result in your finger size changing.

Please note that there will be a re-size fee for any adjustments needed after the fact. We will cover any inaccurate ring sizing, but if your finger was inaccurately sized or if there has been any discrepancies over the duration of the make, a re-size fee will be incurred. A re-size is typically $50-$150 but can cost more if additional material needs to be added.

Shipping is available for online purchases within NZ and to Australia. Get in touch if you’d like to request shipping elsewhere.

Pieces within NZ are sent by courier with overnight tracking at a flat rate of $8. We insure pieces below the value of $3000, but if you would like cover for a piece above that value, please get in touch to organise. This is typically at a rate of 2% of the value + $80 shipping.

Please note that shipping to Australia is at a flat rate of $37 for courier- tracked + signature. Please note you may be charged tax and duty fees on pieces above the value of 1000AUD on arrival. This option does not include insurance. If you would like to add insurance to your parcel, please get in touch to organise, this is typically at a rate of 2% of the value.

Yes! Get in touch and we’ll work together to make the perfect piece. Custom pieces typically have a 8-12 week turnaround, please give yourself plenty of time for this process as I do not guarantee work completed by a certain date.

I can re-use existing stones on a case-by-case basis, but typically yes.

I do not melt and re-work existing metal as my casting process will not permit it. Minimum pricing for re-working gemstones into a silver piece is $500 and minimum for re-working gemstones into gold or platinum is $2500.

Send through a description and images of anything needing a repair. If repair needed is a case of general wear and tear the repair will incur a fee.

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases. If you are unsure about a piece please get in touch to make an appointment to visit the studio or visit one of our stockists to try something on.

Each piece is made to be worn, but proper care is essential to respect its integrity and ensure its longevity.

Keep your jewellery away from harsh chemicals and be aware that excessive knocks can cause damage to your setting.

To clean your jewellry, soak it in warm water with a gentle soap to soften any grime. Then, gently scrub with a soft toothbrush, rinse, and enjoy! Since we use our hands for many tasks and often keep our rings on, daily grime can build up. Regular cleaning will keep your jewelry looking fresh and sparkling!
